At The Skin Story, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product remaining.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
